Returns 

Please note: *As our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we do not accept physical returns*

A full refund or replacement is provided for items that arrive damaged within 30 days of delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a refund or replacement without the need to return the item. All refund or replacement requests for damaged products will need to be validated through photo or video evidence submitted to support@premiumgearsupply.com for approval prior to a refund being issued.


Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
